We continuously work towards enhancing the afford ability of medicines by investing in our manufacturing capital through facilities that are cGMP compliant and approved globally. Our manufacturing facility is spread over 47000 sq ft approx. Facility is designed to facilitate people and product flow and minimize risk of cross-contamination of product.
Axis pharmaceuticals is capable of producing 3.0 million units monthly (in an 8 hour work shift). With state of the art manufacturing and packaging operations, we are growing day by day.
The plant is equipped with the modern high-tech PLC controlled machines and integrated packaging lines to be efficient. The plant is designed to manage high volume in all dosage forms viz. Tablets, Capsules Sachets and topical preparations like creams, ointments and lotions.
Critical steps of manufacturing and packing processes are clearly defined and suitably validated / qualified and shown to be capable of consistently manufacturing products of the required quality and conforming to their specifications.
In line with our commitment to quality and employee safety Operators are provided with proper protective garments to avoid exposure to chemicals and hazardous solvents.
Packaging lines are installed with auto cartooning machines to optimize the work efficiency and minimize human interference to reduce errors.
Axis Pharmaceutical has developed its domestic business through very reliable contacts in the market and has promoted its products very effectively because of its long term association with an expanding network of dealers and distributors throughout Pakistan. Other potential markets include African and South Asian countries including West line like Nigeria, Kenia, Uganda, and Asian region like Srilanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and others. Axis Pharmaceuticals had established a purpose build facility in 2009 in Faisalabad. Spread over 2 acres, our building is cGMP compliant and future focused on growth and innovation of quality products. Axis pharmaceuticals is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified. Our QC laboratory is ISO 17025:2017 accredited.

Our state of the art manufacturing facility is certified GMP compliant and was launched in the year 2009. In a very short span of time; we have started to supply a wide range of different therapeutic classes across the country. Axis Pharmaceuticals is licensed by the Federal Ministry of Health to manufacture pharmaceutical drugs by the way of formulation.
